More About Me

Meet Monica Halliday

Monica Halliday moved to San Diego in 2006 from Northern
California. Starting in Pacific Beach, just three blocks from the beach, she slowly
migrated east over the years. She hit a few great spots along the way - Mission
Hills, Hillcrest, Banker's Hill, and Talmadge - before finally taking root near
the Village in La Mesa.

Monica's introduction to Real Estate happened in Seattle in
2003 where she started working for a mortgage broker as a loan processor.
Switching things up in 2006, it wouldn't be until 2013 that she really earned
her stripes in the mortgage world. Monica spent four years in the industry and
found her way to a local credit union's mortgage team. Working at the credit
union presented Monica with the wonderful opportunity to teach new entrants into
the finance industry about banking, borrowing and customer service. Monica
spent her time training and teaching until 2020 when another change awaited
her.

After purchasing her second home, Monica was offered the
amazing opportunity to work with an experienced realtor and learn a whole
different facet of the Real Estate industry. Learning on the job, Monica
assisted with over 75 transactions during her time with the firm.

Monica prides herself on her ability to communicate clearly
and LISTEN to her clients' needs. Her experience in a teaching environment and
strong mortgage background makes her particularly suited to helping first-time
home buyers navigate the often-intimidating process of finding a home. Even if
you're a seasoned home shopper, you will benefit from Monica's well-rounded
real estate background and experience.

In her free time, Monica loves watching football (not that
kind, the other kind) and spending time with her husband,
Christopher, and their daughter. Together they enjoy all the wonderful
amenities San Diego has to offer including Balboa Park, the stunning beaches
and the La Mesa Farmers' Market.
